Stan's Pro Tows

We had the best experience ever. Allen was empathetic and understanding and very Helpful during our time of need. He delivered our vehicle to the tow yard. Let our mother-in-law sit in the air-conditioned closed office. Delivered us to the airport. Waited for us to return to pick up our luggage from the tow vehicle and pick up our mother-in-law. He was kind, compassionate understanding and just a lovely human. I highly recommend this towing company.

Had a tire blow just outside of Pocatello. Truck got to us 15 minutes after the call and to the tire shop in 30-40 minutes. Price was very reasonable and driver was fast and helpful. Thanks for saving my 4th of July weekend!

We had Stan's tow our daughters project truck from Pocatello to Blackfoot. Doug and his team have the BEST customer service anywhere! They take great care of you and your vehicle! Quality service! Couldn't recommend them enough, they are the BEST!

My husband and I got stranded at a rest stop in Juniper, ID - on a Sunday - on our way home to Oregon. I called Stan's Pro Tow and was greeted by Doug. He was very knowledgeable and got us set up right away with a driver to come to our location, about 60miles away. Doug let us know that it would be about 90 minutes, and that our driver would be calling us. Doug even helped us find a shop to take our car to and was very nice and understanding. He was able to text us a link to pay our bill easily online before the driver even arrived. Rico, the driver, called to connect and get me and ETA on his arrival. Rico was super professional and kind and told me the arrival time. Rico arrived earlier than anticipated and quickly got our car on the tow quickly. Rico was super funny and a great conversationist to make the time pass quickly. We arrived at the mechanic and Rico unloaded our car safely and quickly. I can't say enough praise on how both these gentlemen made our awful situation into a better day. HIGHLY recommend them for any emergency car tow needs, tires changes, etc. Thank you!

My car broke down on 84 away from civilization as we travelled from different states! Doug had the car hooked up to be towed immediately. His expertise and guidance helped me make the appropriate calls to the appropriate places, repair shop, insurance, get warranty information to expedite the repair. Doug has 46 years of experience on a family owned business.
